Unlock Your Freedom to be Yourself and live Your Life

Most people come to me when something isn't working, and they can't quite name why.

They've read the books. They've set the intentions. They know what they should do. And yet, here they are - stuck, spinning, or quietly exhausted by the gap between who they are and who they sense they could be.

This is exactly the right place to start.

MY APPROACH

I walk with people on the way back to themselves.

From the place of "who am I, even?"  to the quieter, steadier place of "I have myself."

In classical coaching, we work with goals, with a map as a path to get there. It sounds logical. But it often doesn't work. The real reason why you don't move towards your goals, why you procrastinate, and are unhappy is not about the lack of a plan. It is deeper.

Sometimes it's because you are not brave enough to see the truth about yourself, your real desires and fears, sometimes it's because you feel the old version of your life no longer fits you, but don't know who you want to be in that new chapter.

I don't work with goals. I work with the person. With You. Your beliefs, emotional patterns, and invisible metacognitive programmes.

What makes this different

- We don't work with surface-level goals. We work with the source.

- Every tool I use is evidence-based. If research doesn't support it, I don't use it.

- Progress is not linear, and I won't pretend it is. Real breakthroughs look like a long plateau followed by a sudden, irreversible leap. We build toward that leap together.

- I practice what I teach. This isn't a professional role I put on and take off. It's how I live.

Topics I work with:

- Finding your path, self-realisation, creative crisis, career change

- Relationship with yourself, self-worth

- Relationships with a partner

- Life transitions (emigration, divorce, major changes)

How it works

I don't teach, judge, or push. I help you see your own resources, your truth, distinctiveness, and your uniqueness, and claim them as the strength to keep moving forward.

I've walked this path myself. More than once. And I know how lifesaving it can be to have contact with another person's experience and energy - in the most gentle and caring form possible. That's why I'm here. I believe a coach can only lead a client somewhere they themselves have been willing to go. What I offer you, I practice in my own life. A coach who leads a client into a new future must be an example of what that future looks like.

My core tools are empathy, sensitivity, and questions that bring you closer to yourself. In my work, I draw on the methods of Exponential Coaching - an approach focused on transforming how you think, developing emotional self-regulation, and dissolving the beliefs that keep you stuck. Unlike classical coaching, it works not only with your actions, but with your inner state - the place from which all meaningful action is born.

The 5 Principles I Work By:

These aren't techniques I apply. They're how I show up in sessions, and in life.

Seeing Beyond the Surface

I don't just listen to what you say, I listen for the structure underneath it. Every person carries parts and programmes inherited from the past that shape how they see themselves and the world, often without realising it. My work is to help you differentiate your true self from those accumulated layers, so you can finally act from who you actually are.

 Listening Beyond Words

What you bring to a session is never just the surface content. Beneath every story, complaint, or question is a pattern, a behavioural chain that reveals your deeper needs, fears, and ways of moving through the world. I'm not interested in analysing your thoughts in isolation. I want to see the whole pattern, and help you see it too.

The Path to Sincerity

Most of us have learned, over a lifetime, to present versions of ourselves - to the world, and to ourselves. My work requires something different: the willingness to live without masks or defence mechanisms. Not as a performance of openness, but as a genuine return to wholeness. This is the only way real change becomes possible. It is, as I think of it, a coming home.

Going to the End

Emotions are not the enemy, but they can hijack us if we haven't learned to move through them rather than around them. I pay particular attention to the emotional landscape of our work together: the places where feeling intensifies, where old wounds surface, where the mind wants to shut down. I help you expand your capacity to feel everything, without losing clarity, and without losing yourself.

Being the Product of My Product

I believe a coach can only lead a client somewhere they themselves have been willing to go. This principle is the one I hold myself to most seriously. What I offer you, I practice in my own life. The work doesn't end when our session does, it is simply how I live. A coach who leads a client into a new future must be an example of what that future looks like.
